Civil Litigation and Opinions Division
The Civil Litigation and Opinion Division carries out the following functions:
1. To provide professional legal opinions and advice in a timely and efficient manner to Government ministries and agencies.

Provide written and verbal legal advice pursuant to instructions from Government ministries or agencies or whenever it is appropriate to provide advice. Represent the Government in national and international meetings.
2. To supervise and conduct civil proceedings involving Government and provide legal support to or representation for the GOvernment in other formal inquiries.
- Ensure high-quality representation for the Government in all relevant Civil and Tribunal proceedings.
- Provide professional assistance to GOvernment ministries and agencies
