- Conduct and supervise all prosecutions in the Supreme Court and maintain the high standard of criminal prosecutions and appeals
- Supervise where appropriate prosecutions in the District Court by other Ministries and provide trainings to officers conducting the prosecutions
- Conduct training on criminal matters for Police and law enforcement personnel of other ministries and agencies and improve communication with such officers
